IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY EXCHANGE FOR A SAME VALUED PRODUCT OR FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN A 20 DAY PERIOD FROM THE DATE YOU PURCHASED IT.
OUR POLICY LASTS 20 DAYS. IF 20 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN’T OFFER YOU AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO OUR SHOP TAGS STILL ATTACHED

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THE EXCHANGE MUST BE OF SAME VALUE OR YOU MAY CHOOSE TO BE GIVEN A STORE CREDIT. THIS PROCESS MAY TAKE A COUPLE DAYS.
